Lifetime Complimentary Aftercare
As part of our Lifetime Warranty, we are pleased to offer the following services completely free of charge for the lifetime of your QZAL jewellery:

- Inspection of your jewellery
- Checking claws, settings and fittings to help ensure your jewellery remains secure
Our Quality Commitment
Every piece of jewellery created by QZAL undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it leaves our showroom to ensure it meets our exceptionally high standards of craftsmanship and finish. While our Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to our complimentary aftercare services, if you believe your jewellery has arrived with an issue relating to its craftsmanship, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Our jewellery specialists will carefully inspect the piece and advise you on the most appropriate solution. If your jewellery has sustained damage that is not related to the original craftsmanship, our experienced workshop also offers professional repair services, and we will be pleased to advise you on the available repair options.
What Is Not Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Missing diamonds or gemstones
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by knocks, impacts or misuse
- Scratches, dents or general wear from everyday use
- Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics or cleaning products
- Bent rings or jewellery caused by excessive force
- Damage resulting from improper care or storage
- Repairs, alterations or resizing carried out by another jeweller
- Theft or loss of jewellery
- Normal wear of rhodium plating or other surface finishes
Repair Services
If your jewellery has sustained damage that is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty, our expert workshop will be pleased to assist. We offer professional repair services for all jewellery pieces, whether purchased from QZAL or elsewhere.

Jewellery Care
To help preserve the beauty of your jewellery, we recommend:
- Removing jewellery before sports or strenuous activities
- Avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions and household chemicals
- Removing jewellery before swimming or bathing
- Storing each piece separately in its original QZAL jewellery box
- Bringing your jewellery to QZAL periodically for complimentary cleaning, polishing and inspection
Warranty Conditions
The QZAL Lifetime Warranty applies only to jewellery purchased directly from QZAL. Proof of purchase may be required when requesting warranty or complimentary aftercare services. QZAL reserves the right to inspect all jewellery before determining whether a repair is covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
