As every piece is individually produced, slight variations may occur in:

We will always endeavour to keep you informed if production takes longer than anticipated.

Certificates form part of the product supplied.
Customers should retain all certificates in a safe place as replacement certificates may not be available.
Loss of a certificate does not affect the authenticity of the gemstone but may reduce resale or insurance value.
20. Hallmarking
Where required by the Hallmarking Act 1973, all applicable jewellery sold by QZAL Jewellery LTD will be independently hallmarked by an authorised UK Assay Office before dispatch.
Hallmarks provide assurance regarding the precious metal content of the jewellery.
Some very small items may be exempt from hallmarking where permitted by law due to weight thresholds.
21. Ring Sizes
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ring size selected when placing an order is correct.
We strongly recommend obtaining an accurate finger measurement before purchasing.

Where resizing is possible, it may affect production or delivery times.

We are pleased to offer ring resizing on many eligible rings.
Whether resizing is available depends upon the design, metal type and gemstone setting.
Certain styles, including some full eternity rings or complex settings, may not be suitable for resizing.
