Payment, VAT and order information

We accept the payment methods shown above, subject to availability at checkout and any checks required by your payment provider. A payment method not listed or offered at checkout may not be accepted. Please do not send card details by email or message; when placing an order by telephone or in person, use only a payment process arranged directly with us.

Payment is due when you place your order unless we have expressly agreed another arrangement with you. Your order is subject to payment authorisation and our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised, details cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, or we identify an error or other legitimate reason.
